How It Works

1. Choose whether The Crew or The Crafted suits your needs.
2. Subscribe to receive a delivery to your door once a month.
3. Enjoy our premium 100% grassfed & finished Kentucky beef with your friends and family.

We pack all of our deliveries on Tuesdays. Any order received after 10:00AM EST on Tuesday will be processed the following Tuesday. We only deliver Wednesday through Friday. This includes invoiced subscriptions. If your invoice date falls after Tuesday, your subscription box will be packed the following Tuesday & delivered that week.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, it is very easy. Whether you are traveling or just need a break, you can manage your subscription to meet your needs.

Can I order just one time?
Yes, give it a shot. We think once you try the delivery service you will want our 100% Grassfed Beef to arrive once a month!

I live out of state. Can I participate?
We are currently ramping up the delivery service. For now, we only offer delivery in the greater Louisville and greater Cincinnati surrounding areas. Follow along on our website to keep up with the news as we expand into shipping.

Is the beef organic?
The pastures where our cattle are born & raised are certified biodynamic by the Demeter Association & certified organic by Stellar Certification. While our beef is not yet certified, our cattle are certified 100% grassfed & finished & never given hormones or antibiotics.

How will the beef arrive?                                                    
Each cut of beef is individually packaged, vacuum-sealed, flash frozen, and labeled with the name of the cut and weight. Your delivery of our 100% Grassfed Beef will arrive frozen in a reusable freezer bag. The contents are packed with care on our farm using ice packs. We encourage you to re-use the ice packs in your lunch bag or cooler! 

Do you offer other types of sustainable meats? 
At this time, we only offer 100% Grassfed & Finished Kentucky Beef.

Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?                                                   
You do not have to be home to sign for a delivery. We do advise your delivery bag to not be left on your doorstep for more than 8 hours. Please include delivery notes when placing your order to specify where you would like your delivery left i.e. back door, garage door, etc. It's highly recommended to leave a cooler on your stoop into which we will place your delivery bag.

Will you notify me of my delivery date?
Yes, you will receive confirmation once your order is packed and at that time we will share your delivery date. We deliver Wednesday through Friday. Delivery times will vary, but will be within the hours of 10AM-5PM EST.

What is your return policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their delivery. Always.

You have seven days from the delivery date of your box to submit a customer service request. If you feel your delivery arrived incorrect, damaged or compromised in any way, please email and relay your concerns. If applicable, please include photos of the product in question which we will use to evaluate your request. We will strive to make the delivery correct through replacement of product or refund. 

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept any physical returns. 

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing and requesting a cancellation. Any cancellation notice received after a monthly order has been billed and/or fulfilled will be cancelled the following month. There will be no refunds on subscription orders already billed and/or fulfilled from the current and previous months. Once an order has been fulfilled, it may not be cancelled and will be delivered as scheduled.

If you have placed a one-time order, it may be cancelled up until it is fulfilled. Once the order is processed/fulfilled there is no cancellation or refund on your order.
